Yep,i do when ever possible, that i bring a link as with my English is wrong interpretation possible.
But i may also scan my Paperwork, written in German and French to bring it if anyone is interested
lucy if i offended anyone i apologise, but i’ve seen a lot of post put on this website by this person, were if not misleading then definately wrong, he’s put for carraige of class 1 gooods a second person is to be carried…then in a nxt post he’s put a attendant must be there to watch vehicle if driver leaves it, that bit is correct but if you can find someone to watch a trailer fully loaded with explosives at a truckstop/service area while you answer the call of nature then you are very lucky, as with all adr they are open for interpritation as long as you use your common sense
no what the rules say if your leaving the trailer in a yard/ services overnight to stay in a hotel or go home then the security on site must be informed of the goods and given the tremcard and be informed what to do in an emergency, nothing about being a 2 man crew, if this was the case you would see all armed forces vehicles carrying explosives with 2 people, i know a guy who works on an mod contract loading explosives and fuel in uk for delivery in germany he has’nt had anyone with him for all the time his company has had the contract and he does the drops at least once a week.
