Over the last week I have seen various matrix boards lit up giving advice on driving to the olyimpics. Firstly. why? and who pays the bills■■? The roaduser? Not sure if I want my RFL funding such stupidity.

The one on the A34 north near Bicester was doing that last Saturday. I can only imagine the “Olympic Asbo spotting” is taking place in Banbury. Are they trying to drum up interest in the whole boring event?

But why it only takes a bit of common sense to leave a bit early or keep off the roads & use Public Transport
