Hello Ian, I just remembered about the " Custard Turnover" I had loaded the trailer in Heathrow and dropped it in the yard and Polly took it on and was going to Yugo ( I think) After the trailer turned over Polly had said it was my fault because I had not packed the trailer. I think he had forgotten about the second time to go into Aosta .

I think that the Venue for any re-acquaintance gathering will have to bear in mind the age groups, physical, mental and financial ability of said potential participants. Public transport for those with bus passes, an easy to find location for those of limited mental ability, user friendly location for those with any physical disability. A Railway Station would fit the bill: probably a pub around the corner. Exotic locations previously mentioned in this thread although heartwarming may in effect be heart stopping for some or even embarrassing due to previous exploits in or around these fondly revered said exotic locations (Monte Bello, Peters, Shakeys, Autoporto DāAosta etc etc)
So: If its in the summer when some of us are lurking in the lush green fields of Hampshire, count me in. How about August Bank holiday weekend?

Hi Charlie, Hope your new shoulder is ok, no problem coming over your way, Iād just need a bit of time to sort out the bus times, have they still got the Trolleybuses in Pompey ? Iāll go anywhere if it means Ianās wallet is going to be seen again !! Will we need to advise the St Johnās Ambulance people when we decide a venue ? just in case, or the Churchillian might be a good idea as the Q.A Hospital is only a mile away !
