The ELF at Corbeil Gazzer, reminds me of a trip when I pulled in there one lunchtime, ran into Winky and then Chris Englefield. We persuaded Chris to open his bottle of scotch, (which we had to pay for), drank the lot and I managed to get to Tournus that eve, how I havenât a clue. What happened to the other two I donât know!!!

Hello Charlie, I might have to try this âAugust Get Togetherâ first before August !!! I got to make sure I can go that far from Droitwich!!! and to make sure I see you and the rest of the younger boys. My wife No2 can drive for me, but her legs are bad lol( but she can still take her teeth out) lol lol lol

Just returned from an excellent âMenu del Diaâ at Casa Hellawell. Various wines were enjoyed, Chianti, Rioja, Valencia whiteâŚsipping on the terrace. Ian of course, due to his medical predicament, was not able to imbibe to excess.
Polly is none too well on his legs and needs sticks, so no doubt he will need to be bussed to the alter of virginal wine. He is contactable.
