Now then all you gentlemen who have cast insulting remarks about Traniht.I personally have had nothing to do with this and if you all notice by my postings on the subject I have had nothing but praise for the man.In fact I have proof indeed,if proof were needed.This very lunchtime I was in a house of dubious repute on Portsdown Hill.Standing next to me at the bar was a disreptuble old man who tried to borrow a shilling to buy a cup of tea.I then realised That I was speaking to the famous man himself.We had a very pleasent lunch and here is the best bit.Ian paid.So please no more nasty cracks The man is a fine gentleman and a warm human being.I hope I got that right Ian.Thanks for the cheque.Will look forward to cashing it in 2011 if I live that long.Best regards Charlie

I bet there are a few of us that could still rustle up a few Francs, Lira, Pesetas or Drachma to pay for the old time falling down juice!
A local bar owner has started to take pesetas again and is doing a roaring trade. The locals no longer have to take them to a bank to get them changed. Is that why you came here Richard? Spend all your reclaimed IVA Pesetas that you kept quiet from the relevent revenue authorities?

After a good day last tuesday meeting up with Charlie one the first time for approx 20 years I was thinking maybe we should try and arrange a reunion in the forthcoming summer when all of us are in the country.I was thinking of a £10 per person organisation fee cheques as before to IHT.
No I couldnt possibly take your money but I think some kind of get together would be a good idea.What do you all think?
Charlie thanks for your time it was a shame I had to spend my very small pension on the lunch and couldnt afford to drive home so had to use me Bus pass arrived home at 9.30 pm

Great idea haven’t seen you lads for years, if Charlie brings his Euroshell it’ll be a “Plus”,ref the ■■■ I went for a job at the local pole dancing club,the money wasn’t great,but it included all the ■■■ you wanted, trouble was you had to work a week in hand !! 
I notice GAZIOW is not selling his Val Doonican greatest hits collection !

Hello All, This seems a great I idea and see a few people. I havent seen any truckers now for about 30 years. Will it be OK to wear my leather jacket as I havent got any other jackets? I can come South and have a cup of tea with you all, I am going to check the trains and bus timetables now and wont cost me using my Buspass.(Ian will be ok as well)
