I lost a stone in weight.but then I had a fortnight off between jobs and put it all back again,virtually within that fortnight.Just because I took my mind off losing weight and I was focused on changing jobs.I made a point now of nit eating after drinking alcohol because I think,if you do that,its all gone to pure fat.

I didnt realise that ,generally,with truckers,there was an expectation that they would have a certain amount of academic achievement.I wonder how many other drivers have no qualifications.
Anyway,I did have a limited amount of training in Biblical councelling from my elders and pastors who have been trained in Bible college.
But Jesus told his desciples to go and spread the word to all nations.They were without formal qualifications.The disciples were far from perfect but they did the best they could

I don’t feel at all guilty about drinking in moderation or otherwise - I very rarely drink alcohol anyway, my driving licence is more important to me than that. What I meant, and what you plainly (or intentionally) missed was that the name of the Chilean plonk you’re enjoying, “Casillero Del Diablo” translates as “the Devil’s Cellar”.
