Like many, I get headaches when I am outside all day.
I did not pick up on it until I got a job working outside. I have been to the doctors about it, and was basically told ‘It’s just one of those things’. Some people suffer with it, others don’t. Wearing sun glasses while I am driving does not hinder me in any way. Polarised sunglasses actually make things clearer by reducing glare. They are brilliant when it comes to standing water, as you can see through the water. You also realise why the police wear polarised sunglasses when you can see inside the cars coming the other way. Because the glasses stop the glare from the windscreen.
