Evil8Beezle:
So do we not have any amorphous blobs on here that literally ooze out of the cab?
As if we do, how many points of contact do you have while getting in and out?
3, the entire of my left side, the entire of right and my front.

FFS hurry up Iām sitting here in me undercrackers and snorkel.
Seriously though I was only kidding about photos of your son, not that I donāt like to see a nicely presented bulge.
Would definitely be interested in diet tips though.
It isnāt that hard to eat decent, especially if you cook in the cab. I make sure I eat breakfast, usually scrambled eggs, porridge or cereal and fruit and have a good dinner, stops me snacking although I do have a biscuit habit.
I regularly walk over 10,000 steps which is a good thing according to my phone, plus plenty of heavy stuff getting shifted. Easily sleep 7-8 hours a night.
Like most folk I started putting on a bit of timber once i reached my 40ās. I really struggled to find something good to eat that wasnāt loaded with crap.
Recently, Iāve started using Huel drinks. Theyāre a bit like protein shakes but are loaded with all the stuff you need for a meal replacement. Iām sure theyāre not to evenness taste but I really like them. Initially they seem quite expensive but when you work it out itās about Ā£1.40 a meal. I have 2 a day and a proper meal in the evening. I never feel hungry or like iām dieting.
Iām 6ā3" and did weigh 17st but am now down to 16st 3lb after a month.
Roymondo:
Well, I walk between 5 and 10 km most days while at work - most of that at a brisk pace. I never have burgers/bacon butties/chips or any other sort of fast food at work - I make my own sandwiches (two slices with cheese and/or ham and a bit of green) and have a boiled egg, a carrot or two, an apple and an orange as well. No crisps/cake/chocolate or sweets, no fizzy pop etc.
I donāt kip in the cab, and I aim to get 8 hoursā sleep at home every night.
But no, Iām no Adonisā¦
Cheese fat and salt
Ham as above
Egg cholesterol
Apple and orange coated in pesticide
Carrot how many happily retired rabbits have you seen ā ā
Walking over 5 Km a day wearing your joints outā¦youāll be using a zimmer frame soon
Iām off for another beer
And yet you left out the unhealthiest ingredient, (assumption on my part - White) Bread!
Iām not going to explain it, you are all big boys and girls and Iām sure you all know how to use Google

I assumed that Roymondo, being a health conscious chap, would make his sarnies using a Tesco White Cob loaf (which I can highly recommend ).Made from sourdough, and being (relatively) low in fat. This,of course, allows one to put more chips in when making a chip butty without feeling too guilty

My son is a nutritionist and a personal trainer not to mention being an Olympic weightlifter. I have asked him to do me out good nutricious snacks and meals for optimum performance (and I donāt mean in the sack but they could help you out there )
Also some exercises you can do in the truck or while on your 45.
I would post only if you are interested so let me know
Yes mate, feel free to expand on that , apart from that Iām thinking of talking my Dumbbells to work and getting back in the rhythm. If I get round to it that is
Keep em coming, some great menu ideas there. Mackerel and beetroot one I will try. Although my in cab version maybe just a tin of mackerel with beetroot mixed in.
I always have a jar of baby beetroot in the cab, great for that quick snack and for rubbing on me ā ā ā ā ā ā ā obviously.
