A bad day at the office

Anybody done 3663 at Enfield :open_mouth:

Yep but not in a tipper

Man City? Just deserts, that’s an oirish plated Liverpool truck, shouldn’t be allowed in my humble opinion

Sorry to break this to you but Northern Ireland is part of the UK. The clue is in the name, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Be like saying a truck with a Scottish reg shouldn’t be allowed…in my humble opinion.

We were both breath and urine tested on site by Iceland management as part of their site policy.

Breath and Urine? I wouldn’t give anyone who’s not a doctor a urine sample of mine, especially a company I was delivering to that I didn’t even work for.

thick truck drivers  NOT KNOWING THEIR :open_mouth: RIGHTS? :sunglasses: under NO CIRCUMSTANCES! :unamused: do you give ANY samples to anyone :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: drivers and screwdrivers!

Be fair, he did also mention being a newbie in a new job. In my position now I’d refuse, in his I’d just be quiet and do the tests. A new driver doesn’t want to rock the boat in a new job.

man city fan say no more … :unamused:

New driver or not. It’s not his employer who had requested this. It’s effectively the same as a man on the street asking you for a sample.

Indeed, its a matter of personal choice. Personally in that position I’d just do it and not rock the boat. After all what will happen if he refuses? He’ll just get banned. Not fair no but it may impact his position in his new job and it probably just isn’t worth it.

I don’t see why there’s an issue giving samples? We get tested regularly on for Skanska and Eurovia and the like. Generally at the roadside in a welfare unit and observed tests at least once a year.

Can’t see an issue

don`t mind being tested by my own employer, but Iceland can get bent.
