A-lot of folk are on salary and job and knock mate, the quicker they get the job done the better their hourly rate, say they are on £100 a day, they do the job in 15 hours that’s £6.66 an hour, if they do the job in 10 hours that’s £10 an hour.Your problem is obviously that you’re on the same level as the [zb] car drivers.
My day starts when I leave home and ends when I get back, I do whatever is safe and legal to complete my job, I get to work and back home safely and in the middle I do my job in the same way. For this I’m only paid for the time I spend actually working and I don’t count the travelling to work time in my hourly pay, so if you want to teararse around the country, just don’t expect me to help you on your way to, at best the dole or at worst your grave or even worse prison for killing someone else.
Think about it if your not paid enough for a fair days work, look around, there’s better work out there.Try getting a job on logs. You wouldn’t last 5 minutes
