If my multicooker 700w that i think i need inventer at least some 1500w but 3000w may by don t needed.
Many inventor not well, but accu saved with run brum-brum. Like other EE driver as looking at big satelight box at services.

Biggest is best, as it has a nice reserves, you can never have to much power,.
Then connect DIRECT to the batteries with a decent Anderson lead, and ensure it is fused correctly.

I have a big lead with huge fuse and the mp4 Actros has 2 m10 posts in fuse box for connections like this 
l/h + r/h - , gonna install mine on wedensday or thursday

I do have both and my invertor has a battery sense function and will cut out if voltage is too low
P/s I always have engine running if I use the microwave
