Is this post for real? :open_mouth:

We are in europe now people its 96.56kmh

I just wanted to make sure as it could quite easily be classed as a 50 limit as it is only a dual carriageway in reality, call me thick but I just like to double check on things im not sure about :slight_smile:

I presume you are some kid that doesn’t yet hold a driving licence then, right?

No just asking a question that I wanted a proper answer for mate

:open_mouth: Unreal.

So flame me some more.

Away lads give the guy a break, a lot of us have asked daft questions on here, me included, and then realised how daft when it,s too late, but to take the ■■■■ will only discourage others to ask maybe more relevant things in future, there has been a lot of good points raised on here from questions asked, but hey yeh it was amongst the best :laughing: :laughing: ( sorry mate :smiley: )

don’t worry, knowing what Special is like, he will :wink: :laughing: :laughing: :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

Even single carriageway motorways can be 60mph.

I intend to. For a HGV driver to be asking such basic questions is shocking. In fact for ANY driver not to know basic things like the speed limits is just incredible :open_mouth: . The best thing you can do is send your licence back to Swansea asking them to cancel it for you as you’re clearly unfit to be in control of anything bigger than a push bike.

I think what you are doing here is confusing carriageway and lane.

Just because a road has 2 lanes it does not mean it’s a dual carriageway. A single carriageway road can have 1,2,3 or 56 lanes as can a dual carriageway or motorway.

Sorry mate but the DUAL in dual carriageway refers to the OPPOSING carriageways, as long as there is a physical barrier (grass, hedge or metal but NOT paint) between opposing carriageways, even if there is one carriageway each side, then it is classed as a dual carriageway.

Motorway = blue signs.

*edited for crap spelling :blush:
