12v flat screen tv/dvd/freeview

i thought all theese new flat screen tvs are 12volt if you look they have a box on the power cable to convert to 240.all i did was buy a 15inch tv from currys and wired it direct to 12 volt and works a treat

i gave up trying different tellys and took the telly back. now i just use the internet or watch films on the laptop.

Browsing around the TVs at tosco extra today I was turning the TVs around & looking at the inputs at the back.
Non seemed to have the brick plug that was previously mentioned. However a couple DID have a dedicated 12v DC power input socket inc this Technika 24" beast direct.tesco.com/search/default. … rch=24-620 for £240, though it looked a lot smaller, so I figured if someone WAS looking for a cracking TV, maybe …

We had one of these for our caravan. It was ok at best but did take a lot of messing about.
One of the best aerials is an Omnimax, some trucks have them they look like a sputnik.
