So, I’ve posted a few things on here and had a great response so far, seems a really good and friendly forum. (hoping this will continue when you see this!!!)
I’d mentioned in one of my first posts about doing a video diary of my progress and the feeling was it was a good idea, so here it is.
Nothing too exciting I’m afraid, just a note really of where I’m up to.

Brilliant Gar A Question you said you have applied for a tacho card… may i know how please and also just want to say a thing which is Can you keep every thing in 1 post as you are keep creating post by post if you keep all in one post then people can read and so on you know thanks. How Much did it Cost you to apply for a tacho card.
Hey again mate hope everything goes to plan for you. I used to hate having a job where I was stuck in the same place day in day out.
Just take your time with everything and on your lessons don’t worry you will probably think you don’t have enough time to get up to test standards I think that’s normal and hopefully it all clicks into place on the day. I went into the deep end myself my instructor said I only required 3 lessons for my class 2 and 2 lessons for my class 1!
I thought he was insane at the time as the biggest thing I’d driven previously were vans lol…
I think he gave the dvla agent a back hander tbh cause I passed both first time lol, I look forward to your video blog gives me something to do when sitting on jobs lol.
PM me when you pass if you need pointing in the right direction regarding any shifts as I seem to have been really lucky with jobs etc hopefully you could just take the route I did as it worked bloody well for me…
thx dar. Do i have to send my licence or any other proof with the form as well. or just the form and the fees and another thing which box do i have to tick in this place.
Thats a checklist for you - I’d imagine you could leave it blank and they won’t care. Its just to remind you what bits you need to do that are relevant to your situation/current license.
Personally, I put that I had the £38.00 fee enclosed and put the cheque number in, I also ticked the box that I had signed the form.
gar what is the next step are you doing now. have you already booked your training or what. i still dont know which one is the best in north west Warrington Area or around this.
hey gar do u know how long does it take to recieve our theory pass certificate. i have passed mine now waiting on pass certificate and incase if doesnt arrive what do we have to do.

Also, remember on the reverse that you can get out and have a look but it will cost you a minor point…i’d much rather have that minor point that fail a test though!
