So you’re saying that no highly acedemically qualified design engineer has ever relied on the know how of the shop floor engineering trades which need no such levels of qualifications whatsoever to turn engineering drawings into reality.In which case your factory is going to be a bit short of such tradesmen if you’re going to require them all to have the same acedemic qualifications as the firm’s chief design engineer before you’ll let them near a machine or a work bench.
