It’s been reported that a major water main had burst under the A46 flooding the road
The #A46 remains closed in both directions from the #M40 at J15 to the A452/Thickthorn island near Leamington.
This is due to a major water main failing, causing the road to flood.
If it’s anything like the water main that burst under the Norwich ring road then it’s likely to be closed for some time while they repair it
I shut that down one evening after having a blow out , thought I’d get it to slip , out the way , never noticed it had put a hole in tail lift hydraulic tank , oil all over road , cops not impressed

Apparently it wasn’t as it’s open again.
