You can understand it somewhat when it’s an MP, but not a driver. [emoji17]
We can all speculate about the why’s and wherefores here, be it a driver disturbing thieves, diesel fairies or perhaps simply remonstrating other drivers for creating excessive noise.
The simple fact however is that a man going about his business has died and no doubt has left a grieving family. RIP fella.
