While at the same time they are imposing a policy of traffic light phasing that causes maximum delays to traffic to ‘deter’ private vehicle use.Yeah right.

Followed by we have to deter people from using out of town shopping etc facilities to bring back growth to the town high streets by stopping people voting with their feet and wallets.

Yes you’re right they’re always crying povety. Having thought a little more about this does this mean local authorities across the length & breadth of the country will have access to the whole UK camera network plus all your personal records/data?
