Can't see how to claim without national insurance number and documents. I lived abroad for a few years and when I came back home the job center told me to go away and come back in six weeks time before I could even begin to make a benefit claim and I am uk born citizen

You don't need or get an NI number if you are registered as a teenage kid, regardless of what age that "kid" is really.
No expectation to get a job, but the illegal - will be inserted into a local school, who'll then frighten the *real* kids wondering WTF is going on?

The Family that took them in - knew they were coming. No one looks too hard when Sub-Med family with 4 kids already - have another 2 added in the following 18 months....
