Absobloodylutely, there is a relationship between the customer and the person offering their service or product (that also includes our once fine police civil service and govts, whom we the taxpayer pays for, but have got the relationship arse about face), in that the customer paying for it all is afforded due respect.
Yes i too understand that premises and businesses have to tick all the boxes the failed govt we employ require.
