Return used graphs to operator... but

Guys, A little help here, please.

The good lady wife is giving birth to our first during the middle of next month, if all goes to plan, and I’m planning on taking six weeks off.

What should I be doing with my used graphs? One rule says keep all of this week and the last day of last week and another says return your completed graphs to the operator in less than 21 days.

Am I banjaxed?

Thanks in advance.

Paul

You must return them and when you resume work ask your employer for a letter explaining why you have no charts to produce if you are stopped. This is common practice and the letter can be in any form as long as it explains the reason. An example of one such letter is below

best thing to do is hand them in if you get stopped just explian that was over 21 days since you last drove a letter confirming this from your employer that you can carry with you on headed paper would probably help to

Gosh.
I had no idea such a form existed.
Many thanks, I’ll show it to the boss.
