I got 1 day out being shown the ropes. That was 3 weeks ago on class 1 container work and I haven’t looked back since.I have spent some considerable time waiting for freight trains to arrive though. It’s a source of frustration when you want to [zb] drive!!

I don’t imagine I’ll ever get as much training ever again. I know the already experienced drivers that come to brakes have less. Which makes sense.
Is rail freight a bit of a law unto itself then?
