I passed my CPC mod 4 on the 26th of last month. I rang DVSA today to ask where the card is, They told me that they are still issuing cards from people that passed on the 19th of last month and it would be a while until I get the card. Just a general heads up really.

The backlog seems to come and go. Some cards are still arriving in a few days. Perfectly legal to drive without the card in possession. Just carry your pass certificate.

I passed on the 19th and the card arrived yesterday. Maybe that’s some indication of how fast they’re getting them issued I dunno.
