So who is Phil 56 from Essex on Great British bake off ?
He is according to the blurb an HGV driver !
No way will he win if he practises in the truck on nights out …
I’ve only ever heard of one Phil on TNUK.
Apparently he’s had loads of time to practice his techniques?
But most (all) of his nights aren’t ‘out’.
LimeyPhil is good at doing porridge, although I’m not entirely sure that’s baked.

IIRC, he hails from Blackpool or thereabouts… that’s unless Her Majesty has decided that she prefers him to live in Chelmsford for the duration. In which case, it could be our Phil.

Limeyphil can knock a good victoria sponge cake up but its definately not icing sugar he dusts the top with!
