OK. The Company musstnt pay you Overtime,but,If you on a low Pay,then the Pay of the Working Hour musstnt fall under the Minimum Wage.
So,dont say the Gov isn’t looking at us
Edit: Employers don’t have to pay workers for overtime. However, employees’ average pay for the total hours worked mustn’t fall below the National Minimum Wage.
