ah yes, have seen him before 
I am watching the ‘digi-tacho’ guides as I keep forgetting what all the jibbery is on my print out 
I only ever used it twice in my life (last 2 days) always had analogue before, but am getting there

Here’s a good youtube channel to watch for any one thinking of doing H.G.V new to it.
His journey from Catering manager to Truck driver in real time ie each step of the way.
hopefully some of you will find the information useful and may even learn from his mistakes.

what makes you think I go mouthing off to anybody ? don’t tell me what to do pal I have been at that company for years and seen new drivers come and go and believe me jay’s a nice guy and what he’s doing for new drivers is great. I think if he was worried about the boss finding out he wouldn’t be wearing uniform with company logo on it, so the next time i see jay in the yard i will tell him how good his vids are and to keep em coming (might even double man with him and have a bash myself)

Firstly I ain’t a pal of yours, don’t know you from Adam…secondly if you don’t like constructive or guidance comments… well that’s what ppl come on this forum for…
Thirdly I was merely pointing out that a lot of companies get funny regarding video’s that appear both on YouTube and Facebook of employees and there daily activities

Uncle dek was quick off the mark with an aggressive response. Jay wants a fight with anyone in Stockport. What a charming wee company. Glad I don’t frequent down south anymore.
Pretty comical… seems that its been blown out of all proportion, I’ve been glancing at the main thread and lost interest when someone started making treats…
I would have thought Jay would have been using these forums to his own advantage by promote his video diaries to a wider audience, increasing his number of subscribers, assisting newbies with useful advice on there journey towards becoming drivers themselves obviously feels that there’s no need…
Members where making critical comments about the driving and behaviour that occurred in a recent video and yet Jay took offence, closed his YouTube channel which was somewhat over dramatic…posting a final video with a link to the main thread…which in turn sparked wave of his subscribers slating and becoming critical of Trucknet…on is YouTube channel, did make entertaining reading …
Not sure whether Trucker Jay is a fine example according to some on here he drives like a knob and gives truckers a bad name but what do I know I can’t sit and watch through his posts as I get bored 1 minute in
