yes he did well to stay calm, but he was lucky that the timing was also perfect for him, if you pause the video when the truck first starts to jack-knife, you can see both sides of the road are blocked, and he has nowhere to go!
either way, a good argument for keeping both hands on the steering wheel !

I don’t recall ever ■■■■■■■■ my pants since I was about 2 years old, but I think that would’ve been a brown moment. I nearly had one just watching it. Another 2 seconds and that would’ve been game over for the guy filming. Rather shocked at how quick the Stralis snapped round too. Should serve as a lesson/warning to other drivers on here (myself included) of just how ■■■■■■■ quick it can happen on a wet surface.
