It has happened. And that van driver jibe is so old hat. I drive them by choice, and sometimes for a lot more dough than the willy wavers. Have a nice day.
It would make more sense to have a broad location in the subject line. It can’t be that hard for the poster to put “Class 1 vacancy North West” or whatever if he’s copying the advert anyway. It’s a great service I think, just needs to be tidied up a bit to make it more user-friendly for those checking it out
make the most of it , cos it is going to go,it has been abused ( not by folks in this thread) but by agencies so we are are going to replace it with a free application where you can either upload your own CV or apply for jobs advertised
That’s a good idea.
Just keep posting for now

Sorry to be losing this but needs must & if it has been abused by agency then that is not good
Hope the new forum works better

…without a region or area in the title it means trawling through all the posts.Sorry to hinder you with all that trawling but the temporary omission of the
area was quite intentional - in order to try and better monitor the interest from
fellow members. Thanks for your appreciation anyway.

Posts without the area ( preferably in the subject line ) are not complying with the guidelines in the sticky at the top of the forum !

Dunno why, but that phrase makes my skin crawl.

Just for my own personal curiosity, and because i do not know, do you hold a cat C licence or cat C+E licence?
I see you worked for Lanes at Rugby at the same time i did, i however cannot remember you. But i do still have my ID card I used to pick up the Magnet wag and drag trunks from there or was seconded to the Scottish power depot down the road.

Understood mate, but besides that I’m baffled by exactly how Dieseldoforme was going to “monitor the interest…” apart from keeping an eye on page views.
IMHO it might have been better to have put the locations in the subject line, then it would have been very easy to see where any interest lay.
