"You don't want to be here drive"

Gass:
I once went to brilon in Germany with 2 worktops from Chesterfield in a sprinter van only to find when I got there they had been shipped from there and were meant to go to hull! :unamused:

If this is true then I think we have a winner!

Haha it’s true and the worst thing was we usually went on the Rotterdam ferry but because it was a supposedly rush job I had to go via the tunnel both ways!

A driver turned up at Smurfitt Kappa Yate on Monday with a delivery of bottles. Now as this is a cardboard factory this was quite a surprise. Looking at his delivery notes and the instructions he was given complete with google map he should of delivered the bottles to Dairy Crest at Stonehouse then reloaded out of Yate!!!

Radar19:
I’m not looking forward to delivering to some stores in London. I had one drop this week that was underneath a shopping center in Manchester, that was rather unnerving.

Do under the Victoria centre in notts ,risk assessment says beware of the GAS pipes :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: ,your headboard is right on wall, tri wheels are tight against kerb ,you just think if I hit one ,it’s still one drop I leave when I think phew

I used to live in a small seaside town in South Wales called Penarth, we once had a gentleman in an artic turn up looking for a strange address…turns out he was meant to be in Penrith.

I was walking on the beach in a very small village by the sea, while passing the Gnr Police station, I could hear a very drunk man.
It transpired the drunk man had driven his Russian artic down a twisty and narrow road to the beach, how he got it down there is a miracle, you could squeeze a Ford Transit.
The Portuguese Police let him sober up.
