Latest consequences of Blair’s, Human Right’s Act(1998).
Six junkie prisoners have won an undisclosed sum in damages after they were forced to go “Cold Turkey” when they became inmates.
That’s as well as the average payout of £2400 to each prisoner because they had to “slop out”, the European Court of Human Right’s in Strasbourg,decided it contravened their human rights.
Also waiting to find out how much he’ll get, is the inmate who fell out of the top bunk in his cell and is suing the Home Office.He feels that in this day and age prisoner’s shouldn’t have to sleep in bunk beds.
I wonder when Blair is going to issue the Prison Officer’s with Redcoats to make jails officially Holiday Camps? 
The minute you step outside the law, the Human Rights Act should not apply.
