Agree totally, everyone who holds a vocational licence should act in a professional manner whilst going about their daily duties, and if they don’t then you should expect the law to come down hard on them.

Far too many try to use this excuse for their poor driving. The law DOES need to come down hard on them. Trouble is there are not enough LAW about. Only silly cameras.

I had at the Famous tsco no place in Front of Store and waiting in double Yellow or delivery on Zebra Crossing.
All other do it,Manager at Store said.
Well,…They are not here today,i replied.
So i phoned Office.
We pay Fine,Lad said.
On your Name? i ask.
No,Your Name,but we pay.
But my Name goes into Computer.
Its your Job,i got said.
And who takes the Points for delivery on Zebra Crossing? i ask
The Driver is responsible for Driver offences,i got said.
So i brought the Load back. "Undeliverable due to lack of Space for delivery at Store " on Delivery Sheet
I was out 2 Weeks of Work. After refusing going out with 3000 kilo overweight on a Rigid full of Drinks and another Load back as no space to deliver and Tsco didnt book me in anymore
So,Madam. If you have to pay your Bills you do as Managements tells you. But,how were it with a Fine to that Person who lets you do Driving Offences?

Don’t you just love agencies 2 weeks starved of work from the ■■■■■■■■ because you refused to commit a traffic offence.
What if there had been an accident or a fatality because of how you parked, would they back you up? Would they ■■■■. 
Immigrant if your boss is telling you you have to break the law and expecting you to go out overloaded you are supposed to inform the Traffic Commissioner even if you refuse and especially if they sack you for it. If you don’t tell the Traffic Commissioner then how can they know?
