Got to be a spoof but funny as, a mate on facebook posted it.
£1800 of that cost was probably sending the sample to the lab to get it tested!

Sadly, it’s a spoof - there are a few versions going round at the moment. The giveaway is the (supposed) University’s inability to spell Manchester
