I love the way that at no point whatsoever did it dawn on him that maybe he wasn’t clever enough to deal with his phone and reverse at the same time. He was determined not to leave that text message till his manoeuvre was done and still kept his phone in his hand

What strikes me is that he doesn’t once look around to see if anybody has seen what has happened…
May not be a phone. Could be the device they use to account for their deliveries. Still a bit of an idot though, not any sign of getting out to look either!
