Nowt special here really, apart from me posin in the pics!
The P cabs were a Nightmare, luckily sold the last just when i started in 2001/2
My dad had R39GFF, sure they had R40 GFF and R41GFF too. Crap for 5 nights out in!!! I used to go with dad and sleep on a bit of foam on the Dash!!!
R38GFF was a rigid plant carrier from Portmadog or somewhere down there. There was also a 4x2 Topline that was R37GFF if i remember, sure i saw it somewhere repainted but cant remember where.
They had one R cab 4 series that i had for a bit X78 RFF, nice tuck, a 114-380.
My FM (V14 GSL) was one of the very 1st I-shift motors in the country, had a few software teething problems but still a nice little truck!
Me and my dad, me in the flat top! This was the day i packed in and left for Cornwall, stepped out of a 6 month old new FH into my 143 Topline, i preffered the Scannie tbh!!! Seen below parked up with my old mate Phil “ASH” Ashley, now seen driving a wincanton shopping Daf out of Middlewich.
