Yet another working hours question

I like to think I know my hours but not sure if this is legal. I generally work Tuesday to Friday one week and tues to Thursday the next. Normally minimum of 12 hours ( suits me and I like it before the hours Gestapo attack) this means I have a 45 rest every week. Last week I worked weds to Saturday 2x13 1x10 1x15. This week they want the same. Is that legal

I went past Leatherhead Tapping shed on M25 at 02.30 on a Bank Holiday Monday and it was open and busy.
