sorry mate you blundered by not checking other post
just taking the peewee a little
Apologies, however I had looked both here and in Bullies bar and that post was not made at the time I started to post. By the time I’d then looked in Bullies, sorted out the pic link (forgot the img code 1st try) and took a phone call, the 12 minutes time difference had elapsed.
Feel quite sorry for the driver, could happen to any of us and its also unfair to blame it on a satnav, everyone says he should of read the signs but what do the signs say, “unsuitable for HGV”, how are you going to know what that means if your polish . That driver has probably done hundreds of thousands of miles all over europe and is now branded an idiot for one ■■■■ up, ok so he probably should of stopped earlier but perharps he couldnt turn around, perharps his collection was only a mile down the road!

Well said,very true!
…and of course, the position he’s in now is a lot better than a mile reverse is it? I highly doubt there’s a 3 lane motorway behind the camera, there comes a point where you just have to abort. I mean the road isn’t even tarmac’d for chrissakes! There’s your first clue Sherlock that things are gonna go pear shaped. And as for attempting that bend… ffs.
No, there are errors and there are monumental balls up’s. This is a numpty of the highest order. And if he has a million miles behind him then he’s an even bigger numpty.
Have we got an IT whizz aboard that can lighten and enlarge that pic above? Just thinking there don’t seem to be any wheel marks behind the trailer, which would definitely be there had the truck driven through. So has he reversed into that lane in an attempt to turn round?

There is a sign overthere in Europe; “No entry for trucks” It’s a truck crossed in a white field with red stripe around. That should be used instead.
Lights are broken the back as well, id reckon your right he reversed into that position.
And there’s something not quite right about the top left corner, like it’s behind something, so yes backed in there?
Ahh well, if he’s reversed up there in an attempt to turn round I take it back. Unlucky fella.
everythink posible.but if i was in this situation and if i see this tigh road i prefer stop and walk forward 1 mile or less and check everythink.

I agree that would be much better for everyone, but then the english would have even less to moan about.

More like 24hrs than 12minutes.
The trailer has Austrian numberplate…

My favourite scene from the iconic movie “The Italian Job”: Benny Hill in Turin, Italy is asking an Italian bloke for directions and the bloke answers in Italaian. Benny is moaning this way; “Bloody foreigners!”
