finished 23:00 sun start 08:00 mon
does this 9 hour rest go on last week or this week ■■?
bit of a puzzle for me but if i’m right as its after my weekly break it must be this week

Doesn’t matter which fixed week it goes in. Since April 11 last year reduced daily rests are permitted three times between weekly rest periods and not per fixed week. This reduced rest is the first of the three reductions you are allowed between you resuming work at 18:00 Sunday and your next weekly rest period, which will have to commence no later than 18:00 Saturday.
