I have just come across this photo from the Stockport Archives site, can anyone tell me anything about them. All it states is it was taken in January '69 at their yard on Nelstrop Road north. Did they ever go on to more modern lorries or just fade from the scene, I just can’t place them.

Am I right in thinking this yard was on the S - bend where (Barlow Rd and Longford Rd west) meet at the Levensulme & Reddish border.
