im paid 50 hrs per week , 10 hrs per shift [dont get too excited 10x 7.52 aint a lot] but up to recently ive been paid xtra if i do a xtra drop in my 10 hrs [normally 40 pounds].
but theyve now said in a letter they want me to do the xtra drops but as they can be done within my 10 hrs there now will be no xtra payment .
i threw a bit of a wobbly and told them to shove it and i would now only do my original job [until i leave] which was a to b to a, in my contract it states
night trunk driver and names destination.
as ive got a contract that states not only job title[night trunker] but destination can they ask you to go else where in your 10 hrs.
i wouldnt mind doing 10 hrs per night ,extra drops but for 75 pounds i think there taking the zb.

surely though they will jut change your contract, that way as long as the minimum notice of 1 week per year of employment to a maximum of 12 is given they can pretty much change it too what they want…
unfortunately employment law regarding contracts is stacked in on the side of the mployer aslong as notice is given
Yes, they can change your contract within your notice period but if you’ve been there more than two years andf it’s a material change you can choose between accepting it and taking redundancy.
Not much consolation I know but if you’re planning to tell them to shove it anyway you might get something.
