what’s the thoughts on this issue. XPO. buying the KNDL contract. would like to perhaps have some views on this also would like to know just what XPO are about and how they treat there workforce. thanks.

I can’t be asked to put it into management speak,… I bet the words utilisation, under one roof, and helping customers will all be in there, O and blue chip.
Kuehne+Nagel are selling most of the contract logistics portfolio to XPO including Drinks,food and technology only keeping air,sea and government contracts in the UK…
Employees are expected to tupe over if the deal goes though…
We all got briefed Monday in the drinks logistics,don’t know what XPO are like to work for,should think not a lot of difference,don’t think it’ll be long before they try changing terms and conditions though as K&N’s are decent and I don’t personally think they’ll keep us on them but nobody seems too bothered at the moment…
I know XPO were advertising in my area for class 1 drivers at like £10.98 p/h

That means reorganization, which means redundancy in English, Or, were contracts overlap, we will ensure a smooth transition into a single workable environment, again means redundancy…
