Hi all.
Does anyone here work for XPO on the Argos contract? I’m wondering how you find the shift pattern with 2 weeks each of days, backs and nights?
Is it tiring? I’m currently doing constant nights but wonder if the ongoing shift changes might prove tiresome.

I tend to only work nights, I have tried to chop and change but it nearly killed me. Some people seem to be totally fine with it tho so depends on the person I suppose.
