I did some work for them last year from the Northampton branch guys name was Richard did all the usual form filling told him what days hours I preferred to do was on the phone and was working the same night as Washey said in his post they do a lot of work for Faccenda in Brackley hope you like chickens 
Wages are done by another company in Bristol I think though everything can be submitted to XP online which is helpfull the time I was there they had work for me as often as I wanted they also have a contract to supply drivers to Weetabix at Burton Latimer although that is an assesment beforehand but plenty of work out of there hope this helps you
