i Have recently been offered a job with them and was just looking for some reviews on the company to help me make a decision on wether its the right decision to move or not ?

No, but IMO its a decision you make for yourself based on your current circumstances & what your looking for in a role, not peoples opinions on the internet. I would have told my employers to keep their job offer if I had of listened to the guys I was working with. They wanted minimal effort & nothing but drive & opening curtains & they couldn’t believe I wanted to push heavy cages over potholed ridden paths etc. Best thing I done employment wise.
