Hi,this is my first post.
I’m just wondering about this firm. I keep seeing that they’re looking for drivers in Carmarthenshire. Does anybody know if they are expanding and taking on new as a result of a high turnover and best avoided?

It’s bulk blowers delivering feeds to farms. Know a few of the drivers (I work for a competitor) don’t know what the rates are but you’ll earn your money!
This time of year is usually when they take temps on for the winter season. They have had a bit of turnover recently from what I’ve heard.

They aren’t bulk blower jobs. From what I know those jobs are pretty much dead men’s shoes. The jobs being advertised were for drivers driving what they call ‘bag lorries’. Maybe this is a traditional term. But the jobs mainly involve carrying fertilizer and animal feed to farms and other branches. Could also involve transporing fencing posts etc. There has been a high turnover in the last couple of years.
