read these poems by the kids, about how they miss dad when he is away down the road, and kids being kids they tend to tell it how it is.
gotta put food on the table but at what cost to your home life hence the take me with you logo.

The sad reality of life in the haulage industry before you know it they have grown up and you have missed out on so much with been away from home so many nights/weeks etc.

I get a feel for the message, I can vaguely see the ‘art’ aspect of the project.

I just hope it didn’t swallow up £millions of my tax bill.

When I was a captain of industry I found myself in a Hotel in Belgium whilst on a 3wk sales tour, feeling a bit down & lonely I phoned home for some comfort & daughter No’ 2 answered, she was delighted that I’d remembered her 14th birthday & found time to ring.

That prompted the first stage of the change.

And i thought it was an ad, from young ladies, who wanted to be shewn, the inside of a truck, and to go on a journey with a nice decent driver…sadly, it wasnt an ad for that, and even more sadly, there are NO decent drivers. :laughing: :laughing:
