WW ll

A low act and why so many Australians of that era, hated the Japanese until their deaths.
While the worst German atrocities seemed to be restricted to particular elements of the German war machine, it was a Japanese culture.

This is crazy to be fair

The Japs were ruthless in the war in the POW camps and their torture techniques to include placing a starving rat under a metal pot then put that on the stomach of a prisoner so the rat chews through the body to get out.

This was a reality that even Saving Private Ryan didn’t show.
Bark worse than its bite indeed.Bearing in mind an effective range similar to that of the 88 anti tank gun and round.Call it up to around 1 mile and like WW1 the Germans often set them up to create interlocking crossfire zones.
