Don’t know about that one but the other week I was on the a2 southbound and the matrix was flashing up: “severe flooding north England expect delays” wtf is that about? :confused:

Thursday night i was told the A1 was closed from j1 31-33 by the matrix signs it wasn’t ,i ignored it,i decided i was correct in my assumption as i left the motorway unhindered at j32 .

I dealt with a fatal crash A1 S/B between Brampton and St Neots on Friday night. The late crew handed over the closure S/B at Brampton to night crew. A hour after they had opened the A1, they called the control room to say they had signals saying A1 closed. This is just ridiculous!!
