For the first 4 weeks only

WEEK is defined as sunday midnight to sunday midnight so if holls are taken say weds to weds then each day of holls will be counted as 8 hours

Holiday beyond the first 20 days - is counted as zero hours BUT it can be invoked as a management tool when required.

This means that if someone has done approaching 60 hours by thursday say, they could be given a zero hours day off on the friday, despite the fact they might have not had 20 days off this year yet.

If you get 26 days holiday a year therefore - that’s six times in a year the firm can stand you down to get hours credit back - when required. :bulb:
