Started work at 0530 today and had a full 45mins break that finished at 1211pm and then had 43mins on POA. Just had 15mins break and will be finished tonight at 8pm. Should I take another 15mins for WTD please?

If you had a 15 minute break since 14:00 and you’re finishing at 20:00 you do not need another 15 minute break for the WTD.
Top man as usual. Thank you.

So you’ve gone from apx 13.00 to 20.00 with just a 15 min break , I couldn’t care less if it fits in with Wtd or not , it’s a joke , the 15 mins would be taken up going for a dump / ■■■■, where’s the time for a cuppa / relax , I’m sure if the wtd said you could do 15 hrs without a break Lots of drivers would
If it takes you 15 minutes for a ■■■■■ and a dump Dozy, you might want to go and see your doctor.
If you ever feel aggrieved that you are not getting enough breaks, go into most warehouses and ask them how much break time they get during their 9 hour shift.
Even Morrisons/DHL who I worked for ages ago, who were really obsessive regarding unnecessary stopping, had no issue with the driver going for a quick pee at the services if he/she wanted to (not on break). If you feel you need to stop then stop.
