WTD and RT(WTD)R?

I am more than a little confused as to what counts and what does not when a non-mobile worker (WTD) who works from Monday to Friday does a driving job (RT(WTD)R) on Saturday that comes under EU regs.

  1. Do the daily rests in the week (Mon to Fri) have to conform to EU regs ?

  2. Does the daily rest between Friday and Saturday have to conform to EU regs ?

  3. Does the actual work done in the WTD job count for RT(WTD)R ?

  4. If the WTD has not been opted out of then does that make a difference ?

I’ve tried to work this out from the regs but to no avail :blush:
